PROJECTS

Analog, Solid State evaluation of Vacuum Tubes

This project involved designing and implementing an analog solid-state mutual conductance measurement apparatus. Of particular interest are the steps taken to divide two DC values using discrete op-amps. This project also included a neat but ultimately disappointing implementation of a Taylor series using discrete components. Learn more.

'Passive' Radiolocation

This project involved using ratios of reflected and transmitted radio power to predict the location of a metal object between pairs of tuned antennas. Learn more.

Replacing the Shutter Unit in a Canon T1i

This project involved disassembling a DSLR to fix it. Learn more.

Re-creating Dig-Dug on an FPGA

This project involved recreating the classic Namco arcade game Dig-Dug on an FPGA as a course project at MIT. I worked with a partner to write, simulate, and troubleshoot SystemVerilog in Xilinx Vivado Design Suite. Learn more.
